By accessing or using Menopause Harmony™ ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Menopause Harmony™ is a wellness platform that provides educational content, symptom tracking tools, recipe libraries, herbal and nutritional guidance, community forums, AI-assisted coaching, and other resources to support women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

We offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Some features are only available to paying subscribers.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Not Medical Advice

The content on Menopause Harmony™ is not medical advice. All information provided — including but not limited to articles, herbal guides, supplement protocols, Harmony Guide™ coaching responses, community posts, and recipe content — is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

• We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
• The Harmony Guide™ feature provides general wellness guidance based on information you provide; it is not a substitute for clinical consultation.
• Information about herbs, supplements, and natural remedies is provided for educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have existing medical conditions or take medications.
• Symptom tracking data is for your personal awareness only and should not be used to self-diagnose.

By using Menopause Harmony™, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and agree that Menopause Harmony™, its founders, team members, and content contributors are not liable for any health outcomes arising from the use of information found on the platform.

4. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Payments

Menopause Harmony™ offers a 7-day free trial, followed by the following premium plans:

• Monthly Plan: $24.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $199.99/year, billed annually (equivalent to about $16.67/month)
• Lifetime Access (Founding Member): $1,497 one-time payment — pay once, own it forever, no renewals. Available for a limited time during our founding phase.

Free Trial: We offer one 7-day free trial per person. No credit card is required, and you have full premium access during the trial. At the end of your trial, you choose the plan that fits you. Because the trial is limited to one per person, we may use your device and network information to prevent additional free trials.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full premium access until that date.

Refunds: Lifetime Access purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — if it's not for you, contact us within 14 days of your Lifetime purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. For monthly and annual plans, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at sher@menopause-harmony.com.

Promotional pricing: From time to time we may offer limited-time promotional rates. If you subscribe at a promotional rate, that rate stays locked in for as long as you remain continuously subscribed, even after the promotion ends.

Price changes: The price you sign up at is your price — as a subscriber, you are locked in at that rate for as long as you remain continuously subscribed, even if we raise prices later. Prices may change from time to time, but any change applies only to new subscribers, never to your active subscription. If you cancel your subscription and later decide to re-subscribe, you will rejoin at the pricing that is current at that time.

6. Community Guidelines & User Content

Our community is a safe, supportive space. By participating, you agree not to post content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Contains spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions
• Includes false or misleading health claims
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information about others without their consent
• Is illegal or encourages illegal activity

You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting you grant Menopause Harmony™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate them.

7. Intellectual Property

Menopause Harmony™ and its name, logo, and brand are the property of The Celtic Naturopath LLC. All content created by Menopause Harmony™ — including but not limited to articles, guides, recipes, protocols, design, graphics, and software — is the property of Menopause Harmony™ and The Celtic Naturopath LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. The Menopause Harmony™ name and marks may not be used without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Menopause Harmony™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Menopause Harmony™ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menopause Harmony™ and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
